Spokee uses OpenAI’s GPT-5 model to provide chat functionality.

• Your messages are sent to OpenAI’s API for generating responses.
• We do not store or log these messages on our servers.
• OpenAI may temporarily process your input to generate replies, in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

3. Data Storage

We do not operate our own servers for storing any user data.
All processing happens securely through OpenAI’s API and Apple’s standard iOS frameworks.

4. Third-Party Services

Spokee integrates only with:

• OpenAI API (GPT-5) for AI chat responses.
• Apple App Store for app distribution and standard crash reporting handled by Apple.

We do not share any user information with other third parties.

Our app is suitable for general audiences but does not specifically target children. Since we collect no data, no personal information from minors is stored or shared.
